No, but we can install software that does it for you.

Yes, as long as you have a permanent internet connection to the computer that acts as the server.

Do I need to upgrade or purchase additional PC's or dedicated servers?

No,  it is not necessary.

Do you have offices in various cities?

No, we are based in Bloemfontein and provide effective support, installation and training via remote secure internet connection. It has the same effect as if we are sitting right next to you.

How often do you update your software?

Sometimes once a week, depending on the changes we have received or developments we do.

If I use your system, it seems I will be duplicating work as I already connect to an insurer's main frame or issue my own policies on an policy administrative system?

This may seem so. Let me explain it by taking an addition of a vehicle for example;

You probably write down the details of the vehicle and think of all the information you need to acquire like registration number, VIN and engine numbers, drivers, security etc.

Once you have this information, you retype that on an email, fax etc. to send it through to the insurance company, alternatively, you add the information on the insurer’s main frame.

Next you might need to confirm cover to the auto dealer and retype the information in this regard. Once the schedule is received or printed, you sometimes retype some of the basic information on your cover letter.

In all you duplicated the information in this instance 4 times, The minimum number of times you will duplicate information is twice. Writing the information down and adding that to the system. By using BUS, you capture the information as you speak on the system and from there you could print, fax, confirm or instruct the insurer or client.

Do I pay for training or ongoing support?

Do I pay for reinstallations on formatted computers etc?

I want to purchase the software and not pay a monthly subscription fee.
